The apartment is located on the 5th floor, it faces east, it has no tall buildings in front, so the view is absolutely spectacular. The configuration of the apartment is a very useful and modern, having as central element, the living room that together with the kitchen and the formal dinning compose the living area; the evening area has 2 bedrooms: one matrimonial with own bathroom and the other that can be used as an office; both bedrooms have exit to a south-east facing terrace. There is also a secondary bathroom in the apartment, and a storage place. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, is available for rent immediately.
